based in Pakistan, specialising in premium 
unstitched and stitched lawn collections for 
women. We operate through our official website

2. USE OF WEBSITE

By using this website, you confirm that you are

site under the supervision of a parent or legal

or engaging in fraudulent activity.

Naubahar Pakistan reserves the right to restrict 
or terminate access to any user who violates 
these terms.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display our products as 
accurately as possible, including colours, fabric 
details, and embroidery work. However, actual 
colours may vary slightly from what is displayed 
on your screen due to differences in monitor 
settings and screen calibration. This does not 
constitute a defect.

All product descriptions, fabric compositions, 
and collection details are provided in good faith 
and are subject to change without prior notice.

4. PRICING

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani 
Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes 
unless stated otherwise.

Naubahar Pakistan reserves the right to revise 
pricing at any time without prior notice. In the 
event of a pricing error, we reserve the right 
to cancel the order and issue a full refund or 
offer the item at the correct price.

Sale prices are valid only for the duration of 
the promotional period and cannot be applied 
retrospectively to previous orders.

5. ORDER PLACEMENT & CONFIRMATION

Placing an order on our website constitutes an 
offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only 
upon receipt of an official order confirmation 
from Naubahar Pakistan via email or WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any 
order at our sole discretion, including cases 
of suspected fraud, payment failure, or stock 
unavailability. In such cases, a full refund 
will be issued if payment has already been made.

6. PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods:

- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on 
  selected areas within Pakistan
- Bank Transfer / Online Payment
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash
- Credit / Debit Card (where applicable)

Payment must be completed before dispatch for 
all prepaid orders. Naubahar Pakistan is not 
responsible for any delays caused by payment 
processing issues.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 working 
days of order confirmation. Delivery timelines 
vary depending on your location within Pakistan.

Standard Delivery    : 3 to 7 working days
Remote Areas         : 5 to 10 working days

Naubahar Pakistan is not responsible for delays 
caused by courier services, public holidays, 
natural events, or circumstances beyond our 
control.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly 
communicated at the time of checkout or order 
confirmation.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled before they are 
dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, 
it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately 
via WhatsApp or email with your order number. 
Cancellations are subject to approval and 
processing times may vary.

9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please refer to our separate Return & Exchange 
Policy for full details regarding eligibility, 
timeframes, and the process for raising a 
complaint or exchange request.

In summary, all sales are considered final. 
Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, 
defective, or incorrect items, subject to the 
conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including but not 
limited to product photographs, brand name, 
logo, collection names, and written descriptions 
is the exclusive property of Naubahar Pakistan 
and is protected under applicable intellectual 
property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, 
distributed, or used for commercial purposes 
without prior written permission from 
Naubahar Pakistan.

11. PRIVACY & DATA

Naubahar Pakistan collects personal information 
such as name, contact number, address, and email 
solely for the purpose of processing and 
delivering orders.

Your information will not be sold, shared, or 
disclosed to third parties except where required 
by law or necessary for order fulfilment such 
as sharing delivery details with our courier 
partners.

By placing an order, you consent to the 
collection and use of your information as 
described above.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Naubahar Pakistan shall not be held liable for 
any indirect, incidental, or consequential 
damages arising from the use of our products 
or website. Our maximum liability in any case 
shall not exceed the value of the order in 
question.
