SHIPPING POLICY

1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Naubahar Pakistan delivers across all major 
cities and remote areas of Pakistan through 
trusted courier partners.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 
1 to 2 working days of order confirmation.


2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Major Cities                  : 2 to 3 working days
(Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, 
Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, 
Peshawar, Multan, Quetta)

Other Cities & Towns          : 3 to 4 working days

Remote & Rural Areas          : 4 to 5 working days

All orders are guaranteed to be delivered 
within 5 working days across Pakistan.


3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout 
based on your delivery location. Charges will 
be clearly communicated before order 
confirmation.

Free shipping may be offered on selected 
orders or during promotional periods as 
announced by Naubahar Pakistan.


4. CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on Delivery is available on selected 
areas across Pakistan. COD availability will 
be confirmed at the time of order placement.

Prepaid orders are given dispatch priority 
over COD orders.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking 
number will be shared with you via WhatsApp 
or SMS. You can use this number to track 
your order directly through our courier 
partner's website.


6. COURIER PARTNERS

Naubahar Pakistan works with reliable and 
verified courier services to ensure safe 
and timely delivery of all orders. Our 
current courier partners include:

- TCS
- Leopards Courier
- M&P (Moveex & Pick)
- Trax

Courier partner selection is based on your 
delivery location and order type.


7. FAILED DELIVERIES

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, 
our courier partner will contact you to 
arrange a re-delivery. If the order remains 
undelivered after two attempts, it will be 
returned to Naubahar Pakistan.

In such cases, re-shipping charges will 
apply for a second dispatch.


8. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order is received in a damaged 
condition due to transit mishandling, please 
contact us within 24 hours of delivery with 
clear photographs of the damaged packaging 
and item.

Naubahar Pakistan will review the case and 
arrange a replacement or resolution 
accordingly.


9. DELAYS

While we strive to meet all delivery 
timelines, Naubahar Pakistan is not 
responsible for delays caused by:

- Public holidays
- Natural disasters or adverse weather
- Courier disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address 
  provided by the customer

Please ensure your delivery address and 
contact number are accurate at the time 
of order placement.


10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Naubahar Pakistan ships within 
Pakistan only. International shipping will 
be announced when available.
