RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Naubahar Pakistan

At Naubahar Pakistan, we are committed to delivering 
premium quality Eastern wear with the highest standards 
of craftsmanship and care. Please read our return and 
exchange policy carefully before placing your order.


1. GENERAL POLICY

All sales made through Naubahar Pakistan are considered 
final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the 
item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect at 
the time of delivery.


2. UNSTITCHED COLLECTIONS

Due to the nature of unstitched fabric, returns and 
exchanges are not accepted once the order has been 
delivered, unless a manufacturing defect or wrong 
article is received.

Please note that slight colour variation may occur 
between the product displayed on screen and the 
actual fabric received. This is due to differences 
in screen calibration and digital display settings 
and does not qualify as a defect.


3. STITCHED / READY TO WEAR

Exchange requests for stitched articles will be 
accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the 
item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned 
in its original packaging with all tags intact.

No exchange will be processed if the item shows 
signs of wear, washing, stitching alteration, 
or damage caused after delivery.


4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect 
article, please contact us within 24 hours of 
delivery with the following:

- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item received
- A brief description of the issue

Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not 
be entertained.


5. SALE ITEMS

All items purchased during a sale, clearance event, 
or at a discounted rate are non-returnable and 
non-exchangeable under any circumstances.


6. BOX PACKING & PACKAGING

Naubahar Pakistan takes full responsibility for 
ensuring orders are packed securely and correctly 
before dispatch. In the event of damage caused 
during transit, please raise a complaint with 
photographic evidence within 24 hours of receiving 
your order.


7. REFUND POLICY

Naubahar Pakistan does not offer cash refunds. 
In cases where a return is approved, the resolution 
will be offered in the form of an exchange or 
store credit only.
